Nowadays, in the modern world, there is a growing dangerous trend of spreading all sorts of blatant slander on the Internet by persons pursuing certain malicious criminal goals. Everyone can face this, whether he is the Head of State, a businessman or an ordinary citizen, of which we see a lot of confirmation every day. Nobody is immune from this kind of bullying.
Fraudsters and extortionists have created criminal fraudulent offices and by spreading fakes through hundreds of pirate Internet accounts under their control (as a weapon of crime) to the present day dream about how to profit from this at the expense of extortion and blackmail….
They call us directly, offering paid services allegedly to remove fakes created and disseminated by them, while giving fraudulent guarantees only for 6 months (apparently until the funds received for these pseudo-services run out) and then everything is spun again — new fake publications and another extortion….
It should also be noted that in order to create any semblance of legitimacy for these fakes they use, as always, criminal methods — they publish the name and photo of the journalist who allegedly wrote the article. We declare with full responsibility that, as it was established by the investigation and courts, all these authors are fictitious phantoms (such journalists do not exist) and none of them appeared in court during the libel proceedings.
At the same time, extortionists encourage and force citizens to prove the defamatory nature of such fakes not through the courts, but through their own fraudulent offices, offering to remove publications for a fee. In case of refusal of their services (as in our case), the fraudsters launch a mechanism to replicate hundreds of negative publications on pirate sites under their control. This is a vicious fraudulent circle that has no end.
In fact, they themselves are the organizers of these criminal offenses — the creation and dissemination of fakes and slander, defaming the honor and dignity of citizens. Their only goal is only to get a criminal benefit by blackmail, the whole so-called «business» of such pathetic swindlers is built on this. This is a criminal gang, which will suffer the most severe legal punishment for their deeds…..
This is a criminal gang, which is sure to suffer the most severe legal punishment for their actions, following the example of dozens of convicted in criminal cases of extortion, which were based on their publication of fakes about high-ranking officials and businessmen in online resources, and then demanding money for their removal (one of the latest examples see here)….
According to the same scheme, different kinds of fakes — slanderous publications concerning the personality of Mammadov Mehti Bahadurovich, which are absolute slander and do not correspond to reality, continue to spread in the Internet.
Thus, various slanderous Fakes concerning the personality of Mamedov Mekhti Bakhadurovich, which are absolute slander and do not correspond to reality, continue to spread on the Internet. These Fakes were recognized by the courts of both the Russian Federation (Moscow) and the Republic of Kazakhstan as libel and containing information that does not correspond to reality, discrediting the honor, dignity and business reputation of Mamedov Mekhti Bakhadurovich back in 2013.
All this cheap slander does not deserve the slightest attention of any adequate and sensible person, because it is a complete absurdity, invented for one purpose only — blackmail and extortion.
It was found that in terms of meaning and content, these articles are completely identical to each other (only headings were changed, individual paragraphs were reprinted), which is confirmed by the official Conclusion of a specialist — private independent expert Troitskaya Tatiana Aleksandrovna, No. 2002/587 dated March 04, 2020, Moscow (a copy of the Specialist’s Conclusion No. 2002/587 is attached). Moreover, as evidence of the above facts, we attach completed and entered into legal force judicial acts: the Decision of the Golovinskyi District Court of Moscow dated 03.04.2013, as well as the Decision of the Talgar District Court of the Almaty Region of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 29.06.2021 on recognizing 36 Fakes on various pirate sites by Slander (copies of the above decisions of the courts dated 03.04.2013 and 29.06.2021 are attached).
We emphasize that according to procedural legislation, a court decision that has entered into legal force is unconditional, written, reliable evidence of the facts established by the court in a judicial act and these circumstances are not proven by the parties again. Moreover, this judicial act is binding on all state and non-state bodies.
Regarding the spread of slander against Mamedov Mekhti Bakhadurovich by law enforcement agencies in Moscow, the Russian Federation, a criminal case was initiated. Also, a similar criminal case was initiated in the Republic of Kazakhstan by the investigating authorities of the Department of Internal Affairs of Almaty (copies of the Resolutions are attached).
Based on the above facts, we responsibly declare that all negative publications concerning the personality of Mamedov Mekhti Bakhadurovich are defamatory in nature, which was confirmed by the court decisions that entered into legal force. All these defamatory Fakes are identical to each other in meaning, content and have been posted/replicated on pirate sites that are not registered anywhere as official press organs. The dissemination of slander, information that does not correspond to reality on the Internet is carried out for the purpose of blackmail, extortion and other fraudulent actions, which is an established fact and for which there is evidence. Based on these facts, investigative actions are currently being carried out to identify all persons involved in these crimes. We remind you that all these acts fall under criminal responsibility and are prosecuted by law.
Mamedov M.B. is a respected citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, did not have and does not have a criminal record, which is confirmed by the official Certificate of the authorized state body of Kazakhstan, formed by the electronic portal (a copy of the police clearance certificate is attached), has state awards of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Azerbaijan:
- Order “Kurmet” dated December 05, 2018 — the award was signed by the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan — Yelbasy Nazarbayev N.A.
- medal “25 years of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan” dated November 29, 2016 — the award was signed by the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan — Yelbasy Nazarbayev N.A.
- medal “Progress” dated June 01, 2016 — the award was signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilkham Aliyev.
These defamatory publications on the Internet were allegedly organized by persons who had been previously caught by Mamedov M.B. himself in a number of crimes and which on behalf of the Republic of Kazakhstan were found by the court guilty of committing crimes against Mamedov M.B. The relevant sentences came into legal force and a number of the perpetrators were sentenced to long terms of imprisonment. However, some of the convicts are still on the run and, most likely, continue to disseminate libelous publications on the Internet.
These slanderous Fakes contain a number of absurd false accusations against Mamedov Mekhti Bakhadurovich. For example, one of the episodes cites the alleged abduction of a child by a certain Amangaliyeva L., which represents an open slander and part of her criminal scheme to seize the property of Mamedov M.B. (shares in two fields in the Republic of Kazakhstan). Having falsified the notarial loan agreements about the alleged receipt of funds by Mamedov Mekhti Bakhadurovich from her, Amangaliyeva L. turned to the police with a deliberately false accusation of kidnapping a child and demanding that Mamedov Mekhti Bakhadurovich rewrite shares in his companies in her name. All these false statements by Amangaliyeva were refuted by the investigation and counter-charges of false denunciation and fraud were brought against Amangaliyeva herself. By the verdict of the Medeu District Court, all forged notarial documents prepared by Amangaliyeva for personal gain were recognized by the courts as counterfeit, which was confirmed by the notary (who personally appeared in court and stated that he did not certify or sign these documents). The court also found that no one had kidnapped the child and that this false statement was made only with the aim of achieving their criminal intentions. As a result, by the verdict of the court, Amangaliyeva L. was convicted of fraud and false denunciation.
Also, a whole gang of “dirty cops” was convicted of crimes against Mamedov Mekhti Bakhadurovich — a group of law enforcement officers who, abusing their official position, for illegal monetary reward (receiving criminal money) committed corruption and criminal offenses against Mamedov Mekhti Bakhadurovich. These facts were also confirmed and established by court verdicts (copies are attached).
These are just isolated episodes of many invented and deliberately false accusations against Mamedov Mekhti Bakhadurovich, maliciously replicated to this day on the Internet. All similar false publications concerning Mamedov Mehti Bahadurovich (obvious and elementary nonsense) are undoubtedly slanderous and official information (facts, verdicts, judgments, court decisions, etc.) refuting false information posted in these cheap pirate unofficial sources has been repeatedly published.
Based on the foregoing, we declare with full responsibility that the authors and distributors of all these libelous articles pursue their own criminal goals and “are looking for a black cat in the dark room, being very much aware that it is not there and was not there …” All such publications are illegal slander, that was established by the courts of two States and confirmed by the initiation of relevant criminal cases. We emphasize once again that the dissemination of slander, information that does not correspond to reality in relation to Mamedov Mekhti Bahadurovich on the Internet is carried out with the aim of blackmail, extortion and other fraudulent actions. Based on these facts, investigative actions are currently being carried out to establish the entire circle of persons involved in these crimes. We remind you that all these acts fall under criminal responsibility and will be prosecuted by law. All official documents, court verdicts (where multiple crimes committed against Mamedov M.B. are confirmed), as well as decisions of courts of two states, confirming the slanderous nature of negative publications regarding the personality of Mamedov M.B., distributed on the Internet, are attached to this Refutation.
